The cottages, La Quercia and Il Pino are a stunning conversion of the farms former barn. The cottages are cleverly designed to be rented together for large groups or families or separately for smaller parties and are available all year round. Each has its own entrance, private gardens and terrace. Both have been designed and furnished to a high standard. The combination of beautiful antique furniture and high specification kitchens and bathrooms enable guests to enjoy all the comforts of home while on holiday.

From each of the private cottage gardens a short path leads down through woods to a large infinity edged swimming pool. The pool is surrounded by lavender, patios, seating and sunbathing areas and is situated among the trees overlooking the vineyards. All the properties have access to the breathtaking scenic walks around the surrounding countryside.

Wisteria trails up the long shaded pergola which links the cottages and can be opened up or remain closed for privacy. Both cottages have their own stone barbecues surrounded by aromatic herb gardens and come equipped with central heating, satellite TV, DVD and CD players. Interiors are stylish yet simple. Light and airy rooms, high quality kitchens and bathrooms finished with traditional local stone and cool terracotta floors run throughout the villas. Kitchens include large fridge freezers, gas ovens and hobs, washing machines and dishwashers. Linen and towels are all provided.

Il Pino is set in private gardens which lead directly into the surrounding woodland. Double entrance doors give access to a light and airy living room. Comfortable lounge seating is arranged around a traditional fireplace, ideal for autumn and winter evenings. The locally designed travertino-topped kitchen is comprehensively equipped to a high standard and well suited for self-catering. A large dining table comfortably seats 8 people. Further double doors lead out onto an attractive patio area, ideal for dining al fresco, then directly into the gardens.

The three double bedrooms (one en-suite) are simply furnished in traditional style and can easily be converted to twin-bedded rooms. Both bathrooms are finished to a high specification. The ensuite bathroom includes power shower, WC, bidet and sink. The main bathroom includes a bath/power shower, WC and sink.
