Our letting periods run from Saturday to Saturday from May to October and generally from Wednesday to Wednesday in low season allowing guests flexibility to arrange long weekends or to take advantage of lower flight costs. Please note, the minimum booking period is one week during peak periods and 4 days during other periods. Dates vary for Christmas, New Year and Easter – please call us to confirm.
On arrival at San Martino guests will be welcomed by our villa manager who will also be available to help with any queries during your stay. Pool cleaning, garden services and twice weekly cleaning of the villa are all included in the rental price.

Bookings can be held for up to 48 hours, but must be confirmed in writing using the Booking form and accompanied by the deposit (please read our Terms and Conditions). Please note that an emailed or posted booking form and deposit payment confirm your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
